At Meredith Bay, you don't have to go far to feel as if you're a million miles away from it all. In fact, you can take any of the conveniently located walking paths directly to our Akwa Marina and Private Beach Club (scheduled to open Summer 2008). Residents will undoubtedly enjoy every aspect of this beautifully designed retreat. The Marina will feature 73 boat slips and will offer boat launch.  The Beach Club will offer cabana units, a resort pool with children's activity area, and a hot tub with tanning deck. What's more, the facility is also planning locker storage for boat accessories, restaurant, ice cream shop, a general store and a marine store. It truly is like being on vacation in your own private world---just steps from your private residence.
